Position: Risk Advisor
Location: Mukilteo, WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and walking them through claims processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow our book of business through relationship-building and consultative sales.
- Educate clients on insurance products, tailoring recommendations to meet their unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the community.
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Disability insurance licenses (we will assist with this process).
- Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
